Write a comment on a mail in the Inbox Folder ?

Hello,

I want to "write" a comment on mails coming in the Inbox Folder :
- sometimes few words for myself
- sometimes some tasks to do (for my secretary )

But, if I answer to this mail, or if I transfer it, these comments should
be visible only in my OutLook, and not outside.

I tried to use a custom form, but :
-I can't buil it upon an e-mail received , because I couldn't find the way
to rub previous infos in this mail : they seem to be parts of my new form.
- I could'nt define this new custom form as the default form associated to
the Inbox Folder

I would be happy if someone has an idea about this issue.

You could use a table view of the Inbox set to in-cell editing and showing a custom field that you've added to the view. The result would be that you could type into the view to add your notes.
