Writing additional notes in Landscape format

In some Outlook Contacts, I like to copy parts of some Word documents. I am
able to view all of these "additional notes" when in Portrait view, but when
in Landscape, I am unable to adjust the screen to view the right side
extended portion. If I print the Contact - it will print in Landscape-, but
I just want to view it on my screen, not print it. Any ideas?
