Writing an expression on query to select specific data

Hello,

Hope you would be able to help me. I am not good at programming. I would
like help in writing an expression that would show a field (i.e. UK) if that
checkbox was ticked, but would not show it if not ticked on the report. I
have created a database which allows a multitude of countries to be selected
according to where a company is based.

Therefore, the expression would have to take into consideration that if
company A is present at France, Spain and UK, it would only show these
checkboxes. At the moment, I am having to include all the country's
checkboxes on the report as to show which country/ies a company is presnce
at.

I would appreciate any assistance that could be offered in helping solve
this dilemma
