writing cd's

Hi

I can't seem to write files to a CD. Every time I try using Microsofts
Wizard it says it can't complete the process.

I've downloaded Nero and Deepburner and neither of those work.

I've reset the driver and tried everything on the support FAQ.

Any suggestions?
