The printed text does not correspond in lenght with the text. It look
like the blank lines at the bottom of pages have benn eliminated and
therefore, everything is shifted back.
There has to be a specification SOMEWHERE ... but WHERE ... and HO
does it read ?

Thanks

There are many, many settings that affect that sort of thing. First, be sure "Non-printing characters" are turned on (Ctrl-Shift-8), and see what you have in the way of empty paragraphs and such, and also headers and footers.

(Do you have "Hide White Space" turned on, so the headers and footers don't show on your screen?)

Then check everything for "Widow and Orphan Control," "Keep Lines Together," and "Keep with Next."

And, are you printing with the same printer that was chosen when you formatted your text?
