XP Conflict??

Some viewers can not see the internal links on our site
after having downloaded the new XP security update.

Our webhost tech support was able to duplicate the error.
He could see the links in Linux, MacIntosh, Windows 2000
and Window XP (without the security update), but could
not see the links on another computer which had the
update installed.

We have no problem seeing the internal links from our
office computers, but one of our employees also
downloaded the XP security update and in the source code
for the page all the internal links is missing.

Has anyone else seen this problem and most important does
any one know how to fix it?

We are using Front Page 2002.

Here is one of the URL that is having a problem. (Not all
URL's are and there is no patter to the ones that are and
the ones that are not.)

Here is part of the source code from the page the way it
is suppose to look and the second source code is the way
it is showing up on some computers. (I only copy the top
part of the page's source code) As you can see all
internal links are missing on the 2nd source code.
