XP, Outlook 2003 email access problem

Paul Spannuth

I just got a new computer, got it up and running,
transferred data and it was working fine for 1-2 days.
Outlook would automatically send and receive my email
through the account I set up in Outlook.
I now get the following messages:
Task 'mail.summitservicegroup.com - Receiving'reported
error (0x80040900): 'Unable to find the e-mail server.
The server name you entered cannot be found on network.
Please verify you are online and connected to the
network.'

Task 'mail.summitservicegroup.com - Sending' reported
error (0x800CCC0D) : 'Unable to find the e-mail server.
Please verify the server information in your account
properties.'

I have deleted my account and re-entered it verifying the
information off of my old computer which still works.
Dell support has not been able to help me. Is this an
Outlook problem? A Windows XP problem? Please help.
Paul
