XP & Outlook Express

Upgraded from ME to XP. Got rundll32.exe not found
error. Went on to other things. Had Outlook Express.
Thought I wanted to use Outlook so I switched. Want to
return to Express. Lost address book. I want go back to
useing Express, but messages will not open. Someone
suggested re-installing IE6 to fix rundll32.exe and
message opening problem. Any thoughts?

when?
What is logged to the Event Viewer?
