You might want to try running the "Pack and Go" wizard to
ensure that all the files associated with a presentation
move with the slides.
It's a 5 step process that is quick and easy.
Select File - Pack and Go...
The wizard opens - follow the 5 steps. My only
recommendation is that you do not include the PowerPoint
viewer in step 4. The wizard really will tell you the
rest.
The results of a Pack and Go are a file that you can burn
to a CD or put up on a shared network drive, then
relocate and double-click on to install onto another PC.
