.xps file unable to read due to security setting

I created a Word 2007 & Publisher file and saved it as an .xps file. I
emailed it to myself using Outlook Express. I was NOT able to open up the
file due to a security setting problem. I have contacted MS support (Word)
and Publisher. No one could find an answer. Any suggestions. The error
message comes up under IE7.
