You do not have permission to send to this recipient

Hello,

I have run into a problem to which I seem to have difficulties finding a
good answer to.

- The server is a Windows 2003 Server, Standard Edition with SP1. Exchange
2003 with SP2.
- The client is a Windows XP Professional with SP2 and Outlook 2003.

The problem I am having is that one particular user is experiencing problems
when he tries to send mails though his Outlook client, he gets a message
saying:

"You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance,
contact your system administrator."

This does not however happen everytime he tries to send mails, and I have
not been able to find any logical pattern in the mails that do get this
message. If he later tries to resend the very same message it often works
without any error messages at all and the mail reaches its intended recipient.

When trying to mail through the Outlook Web Access interface he never
experiences this problem at all.

No other users have reported the same problem.

I would be most grateful for any assistance in this matter.

Kind regards,
David
