I have just installed MS Outlook 2003 on two seperate
machines, with two seperate licenses. On one of the
machines I get a cool digitized voice telling me how many
messages I have just recieved when I get new mail, on the
other machine I just get the lame default sound for mail
notification. I cant find where this cool digitized
voice is and activate it on my other machine. Is anyone
else familiar with this? Any help appreciated.

On the machine with the digitized voice, open Control Panel>Sounds, Speech,
and Audio Devices>Sounds and Audio Devices>Sounds tab. Find the "New Mail
Notification" entry and click it. That will tell you what file contains the
voice. Copy that file to the other PC and make it the "New Mail
Notification" sound.
