I would like to combine two different Entourage identities. (I get how to do that for database and mail.) But I do not know how to get both sets of Rules (or Signatures, etc.) into ONE Rules file. Please advise. Thank you! Josef K. (e-mail address removed)

There is no way to merge these files. You can make screenshots of your rules
and use it to create new ones. If one has less rules, copy these over. The
Rules file in the Main Identity folder can be swapped out.

The shareware Export-Import scripts might be able to combine your sigs, but
it's $20. It's exports as a text file. It's possible you could combine the
info in the text files.

Thanks, Diane. I was in the process of doing just that (screenshots) while awaiting a reply here. Always seems odd (amazing) to me that Microsoft upgrades its Suite products with fancy new bells and whistles, instead of with simple things like this (not to mention an easy Combine Identities function) that are helpful to current users.
