03 outlook sends repetive email. how to stop this

When sending blocks of email from address book people receive not only the
orginal email, but it repeats 6 to 10 times more. How to correct this issue?

If you're scanning outgoing mail with an antivirus program, disable that
feature. Set your Send/Receive interval to be no less than about ten
minutes. Increase your server timeout value on the Advanced tab of your
account properties pages.
