2 computers in the same house. How can I use Mic Outl with both?

We have more than 1 computer in tha same house with a DSL service (TKS). One
of the computer is using Microsoft Outlook with this service and the other
one can only receive mail, but cannot use the server to send mail. Is it
possible to use both and what I have to do?
