Is it possible to have two separate PC's that are
networked to have their Outlook programs interface with
each other? If so how?

You can only use one instance of Outlook to access a .pst file as it
requires exclusive read/write access at all times. You can use a common
..pst file residing on one system, but you will have to close Outlook on the
system not in use to use it on the other one.
