2 page spread

I've been working on a school based yearbook project in a 2 page spread view.
I have 4x30 page documents, and need to compile it into one big document for
conversion to another format.

1. How do I copy one entire document at a time, as opposed to double pages
at a time to compile one document?

2. The 2-page view begins with one single page, and then doubles after that.
I assumed I would be able to delete the first page, and commenced working
with the first page blank. I now need to get rid of it, as the page borders
are different for left/right hand side. How do I do this? Simply clicking
'delete page' or switching to a single page view and then deleting causes
every second page to lose its border, and makes it instead appear alongside
the previous pages.

What version Publisher? If you have 2007 there is a tool you can use from Ed
Bennett's web page that will combine Publisher documents.

By deleting the first page, you are shifting the order of pages. Is your
yearbook going to be a booklet?

If it isn't a booklet, you still will have a single page view for the first
page.

I have Publisher 2007. When I try running the application from the link, it
says "To run this application, you first must install one of the following
versions of the .NET Framework: v2.0.50727. Contact your application
publisher for instructinos about obtaining the appropriate version of the
Framework".

I have limited knowledge about Publisher and pretty much anything technical;
no idea what to do next.

The yearbook is going to be printed - the end product usually looks like a
magazine.
