#2 Questions Microsoft Office 2000

I recieved a Microsoft Office 2000(Small Business)as a
gift from one of my employee's. After starting to download
software, I received a message to install Product key. I
looked everywhere and couldn't find, but discovered that
there was only (one) CD #1 in box which calls for two.
Please give me an idea on whom I would need to speak with
so that we could find a fix that would solve both problems.
