2-sided/ duplex printing

I'm trying to print a Publisher brochure 2-sided/ duplex. When I go to Print
Properties on my Dell 966 Printer, the two sided option is grayed out. This
is not a problem printing from Word or Powerpoint so it seems to be something
specific to Publisher.

Any ideas?

What version Publisher?
Have you ever used the two-sided printing wizard in the advanced print setup? If
you have see if resetting the tab makes a difference.

Are you telling Publisher to collate the copies?

I was only trying to print one copy at a time but I've tried printing
multiple versions to that I could specifically turn collated copies off.
Unfortunately it doesn't seem to work.

I have Publisher 2003. I don't think it has a printing wizard in my version
but I'll doublecheck

Have you looked on the Dell web site for an updated driver and support? What
happens when you set a different printer as default in the Printer folder, then
select your Dell printer when you are ready to print in Publisher?
