Double sided printing error

Im useing dell 3110cn with duplex and when i try to print double sided
always get the same error message on printer..LOAD MPF
but i have usual 8.5 X 11 in the try and it prints fine when not in duplex
mode

Not normally a Publisher problem, but a printer issue. Does this duplex
problem only happen within Publisher or can it be duplicated in Word, or any
other program? If any other program then it is definitely a printer or
driver issue. You may want to post the question in Dell's support forums.
Latest driver for your version of Windows?

Even if only in Publisher we need version of Publisher, operating system at
a minimum along with the entire error message/s that are produced by the
computer or printer.
