2002 Publisher questions

If I load MS Publisher 2002 on my XP system, will another
computer with win98 be able to read the files and vice
versa?
Does Publisher let you create custome document sizes?
i.e. 8.5" x 14"

That depends on the version of Publisher running on the Windows 98 machine,
which you fail to specify.
