Publisher 2007 Print preview

Hello,

I am using Publisher 2007 to create a booklet. I have 2 questions. The
booklet pages are 4.25" x 5.5". The layout I'm using is Booklet and
Portrait Orientation. The paper size is 8.5" x 11". I have inserted
page numbers; however, when viewing the booklet in Print Preview, I do
not see the page number on the bottom half of the 8.5" x 11" sheet
even though there are four 4.25"x 5.5" pages showing.

The Page Setup Window says "Prints two pages per sheet of paper." My
questions are: 1) is it possible to print 4 pages on an 8.5" x 11"
sheet of paper with the dimensions of the booklet pages noted above,
and 2) why am I not able to see the page numbers in Print Preview of
the two booklet pages on the lower half of the 8.5 x 11 sheet.
Something tells me it has to do with "Prints two pages per sheet of
paper.

Thank you for any help you can give me.

Just Wondering

I went to the website you sent, did the test and now I understand why the
page numbers aren't showing. I am going to hope the printer I am taking this
to will have the range I need. Thank you for sending that link.

I read the problem posted by KL Anders and I have the exact situation. I can
not see the middle pages of my booklet. I will read through the rest of the
posts to see if there is a solution. I wonder if I need to do something
besides save it, to have Publisher know that I'm done and not have the pages
somewhere in limbo.
I need to have my booklet (60 pages) completed and to the printer in the
morning. Like KL, I've been working on this for a week and know exactly what
she's experiencing. It's feels like I'm missing a step.
Thank you for your help.

Thank you for your help.
