2002 version of office home edition

i have the 2002 edition of office home edition. I would like to download an
upgrade to office professional. Is this possible, how and is it a free
download/upgrade? i have windows xp and service pak 2 downloaded

No office program is legally available for download. It must be purchased.
Office XP is no longer widely available at retail but you may be able to
find it using an online reseller. Try Amazon.com for starters.
