Saved a presentation in 2003 version. Opened and did some work in 2000
version. Tried to then open in 2003 version but will not open. legend says
"cannot read".

Have you installed SP1 for 2003? If not do it now.

Do you have Service Pack 1 for Office 2003 installed? Go to Help > Check for
Updates and follow the links. Should take care of the problem.
