After managing to set up OE-QuoteFix on his new PC, Ed reads a message

FWIW, you can have Publisher 2000 - 2003 installed in the same folder
(c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office is the default).
Setup will put 2000 in \Office, 2002 in \Office10, and 2003 in \OFFICE11
