2003 cannot delete pst file

Wanna provide some more details of what you mean? What
do you mean by 2003 cannot delete PST?

You can't delete it (from Windows Explorer - for example)
if Outlook is open. Also if it is read-only.

I cannot remove the personal folder from the OUTLOOK 2003.
