2003: Copy R-Click Option Missing!

In outlook 2003 when i right-click on an email message,
only the move command/option is there (amongst others),
but the copy command is missing?

the only way I can copy is to drag the message to a folder
with the right mouse button depressed and then the copy
option shows up.

Why is the copy option missing when I right click on an
email message?
