2003: Internet mode Corporate mode?

How can I change to Internet Mode in 2003? I want the feature that adds a
new email to my contacts list if not already created.

There is no such feature in Outlook 2003, nor are there dual mail modes. See
http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/addauto.htm for various ways to save
senders or recipients as new contacts automatically, depending on your
version and configuration of Outlook.
