2003 Outlook start up error

When I start outlook 2003, I always get a message "an extension failed to
initialize" I click OK and outlook works fine but it is annoying to have this
pop up everytime I start outlook.

Help!

Do you get any more info about which extension is having the problem?

Close outlook. Try searching for extend.dat and renaming it to .old and then
try restarting Outlook.
