2003 pst conversion

We have appoximated 400 users with a 97-2000 version of the .pst file, and
we are currently running 2003. Is there a script that can be run on are
file servers (which houses all the .pst files) that will converter the old
pst file to the new .pst file.

No, there's no such tool at present. One of the stumbling blocks is the need to migrate such things as global custom views, which are buried deeply in hidden folders.
