2003 won't open files

I have had a problem with files. I get a PPT atached to and email which will
open just fine at my desk where I have PP 2000 but when I send it to the
presentation computer, 2003 will not open the file. Any thoughts?

In 2003, go to the Help menu and choose Check for Updates. Follow the
instructions to install Service Pack 1. That should fix it for you.
