2007 new function photoalbum

Stella

I am using publisher to create my photobooks that I then convert to pdf and
send the file to a commercial printer. I have just discovered that the 2007
ultimate edition of powerpoint has a template for photobooks. Would you say,
that I could use this template to create my file just like I did in Publisher
before and prepare the file incl. crop marks etc for the commercial printer?
Or would you stick to the publisher software?

Publisher is designed to Publish to paper -- PowerPoint is built to be shown
on screens.

You can drive in a nail using a high heel, but a hammer works better. The
right tool for the job, in this case, would be publisher. You could use
PowerPoint, but it will probably be harder in the long run.
