Do you have a duplex unit?
If not, view, uncheck two page view.
Page one, print current page, click no.
Turn the page over, page 2, print current page, click no... and so on until you are
finished.

When you select to print all, each double page will print. If you take page one and
place it back to back with page two, you will see it did print correctly.

I have a duplex printer. I may have figured out what happened. Don't know
how I could do it but I now have two page 10's. If I re number the pages I
am hoping that will solve the problem. This thing is 44 pages long I sure
hope I do not have to do it over.

Well, whatever I did, did not work. I fixed the page numbers, but I must
have done something incorrectly in my directions to the printer. Since there
are two pages on each page should I check the box that indicates two pages on
a page?

Your printer should print correctly. If you have a duplex unit, it doesn't matter if
you have a two-page spread enabled in the view menu if you are printing the entire
publication. Is your printer driver current?
What version Publisher are you using?

It finally worked, when I put in the printer properties 2 to a page I four on
a page. I think it was a problem of trying to much too soon for me. I still
can not figure how I got 2 page 10s, but I guess that did not help.
Thanks much for helping.

If you set up Publisher to print two-per-page, then it sends two pages on
one to the printer driver.

If you set up the printer driver to print two-per-page, it sends two of the
pages it receives from Publisher on one to the printer.

So if both Publisher and the printer driver are printing two-per-page, then
Publisher sends two-per-page, which the driver doubles up to four-per-page.

You want to look for a double-sided printing or duplex option. Two-per-page
is not the option you want in your printer driver.
