a file doesn't open completely

I have a word file when I open it I can't see more than one page . It is
closed and PC makes an error report for microsoft. Pls comment for this .Tks.

If you switch to Normal view, can you see more than one page? If so, go to
Format | Columns and click on the box for One, then OK.
