Hi Elsen,
If you're referring to http://office.microsoft.com/clipart
MS doesn't offer the option to download as a single set.
You can download parts you find in a search or you can
access the online collection live through the Clipart taskpane
within the Office apps, for example.

You can enter a Clips Style number in the search box to download clips of
the same style...To Find a clips Style number click on the clip to
preview....
