about word options

My friend have a problem - in every document he has 4 angles for every 4
corners in his document . I try the this - tool / options / view / text
boundries - off , but the problem is that he has only the angles and not the
frame that gives this option if it is on .. so that option is of , but he
still have his problem . I`ll be very glad if someone can help me .
