Acces denied to outlook.pst

Hello.

After I updated my Windows XP with the Security Update
for Windows XP (KB828028) I can't anymore open Outlook
(Office XP). It gives an error report which says
something like can't access or you don't have the
permission to use file ....\outlook.pst. That is strange
because I didn't have any problems with Outlook before
and this started occurring after when I rebooted my
computer just after the installation of the update.

I would be pleased if someone could help me with the
problem.

Outlook.pst is the file where Outlook stores most of your information like
emails, etc. I would suggest looking at the file in WinExplorer and making
sure it isn't read-only or something.
