Access 2003 Developer Extensions

It doesn't seem to be available anymore. I can read about VSTO 2005,
but get an error if I try to buy it. Is it possible to get this still?

I know Access 2007 Developer Extensions are supposed to be free, but
they don't seem to have been released yet. Will I be able to package
and distribute an application built in Access 2003 with the 2007
Developer Extensions?

Jennifer, I believe someone posted something about the Access 2007 Developer
Extensions about three weeks ago or so. They were due to be released on May
15 but got pulled at the last second due to a major bug or something.
However, I believe the word was they were due within a few weeks so they
could available very soon. Unfortunately, I believe you need to develop in
Access 2007 to use them. If I'm wrong I'm sure someone will correct me.

You say you get an error when you try to buy VSTO 2005. From where are you
trying to buy it?

I'm still early in the development stage. Do you think I would be
better to buy 2003 Developer Extensions or upgrade Access and get the
new Developer Extensions?

Can I upgrade Access and not the rest of Office?

If the Access 2007 Developer Extensions are due very soon I'd wait and see
what others have to say about them. If they are good I'd go with them
because free is a lot better than paying out a small fortune for the
2003-related tools. In the meantime, you could keep developing in Access
2003 and then convert your project to 2007.

Sounds like a plan. Thanks.
