Access 2003, Windows 2000, Export to excel

I have a report which I run on 2 different machines. a windows 2000 and a
windows XP. Both have the Access 2003 runtime installed. On the XP machine I
have the button to export to excel 2003, but not on the windows 2000 machine.
Is there some way to get the export button to show up on the win 2000
machine. Have searched 3 different forums and found nothing yet.
