Access 97 using too much processor

Hi
I am using Access 97 and it seems to using too much of my processor, I'm
just wondering whether an upgrade to access 2002 or 2003 will fix this?

any help would be great

about the database project you're using as the complexity of it, for example, could impact how much processing is required in any of
the Access versions.
