The database is located on a server maintained by my employer. We merge to
Word to generate letters to citizens.
A related company now has access to the database, but when we try to merge
from their location, it is as if Word doesn't recognize the query options.
The merged document is always the first record in the database, not the
document defined by the query options.
I don't have a lot of information about the network(s) involved, because I'm
not in the IT department. The IT department also knows little about Access,
so can't seem to advise.
Thanks if anyone can offer any assistance.
