I have been using the Word Mail Merge feature in Access 2003 for sending
letters to specific clients using a Parameter Query. When I start the
document in Word the Data Source is automatically linked and the document
(Merge) updates.
Having converted to Access 2007, I now find that every time I open the Word
document, I have to re-establish the link to the Data Source. I have tried
using a different Conversion method -eg: OLE DB Database files without
success.
Is this a known problem with 2007 and is there a way around the problem?
