Access Database

I need to be able to use the information from a form and have this info be
entered into an Access database on the server, such as name, address, email,
etc. What will i need to do to accomplish this, what server modifications
do i need to deal with.

Hi,

Do you have a web host with FP Server Extensions? If so, then you can use
the DIW to collect the information into the database and the DRW to display
it.
