access denied to attachments

Outlook express(v6) has recently denied access to
relatively small attachments(two occassions). Message came
through ok but in the header it said "access denied due to
unsafe attachment". Cant understand because they are from
known secure source. One sender is in UK and the other in
Spain. File sizes only 69 and 210 kb. I checked my
settings and they seem ok. Any idea why this is happening?
Otherwise working ok.
Any help much appreciated. Brian

Tools-> Options-> tab Security-> option Do not allow attachments...
