Access interface with Outlook

Would like to access the global contact directory in outlook from ms access,
can anyone provide some guidance on how to accomplish this? Need to be able
to access a user name that is in one of my tables and get the email address
in outlook.

I know that I need to set up addressability to MAPI in outlook but from there
I don't know how to access the global directory?

Guidance will be helpful.
