Access Query in Dreamweaver

I did not get the SQL code to work yet. I selected the Query I created in
Access in the advanced recordset Database Items "Views" category and it works.
Does anyone have more info on this? IS this problematic in any way?

In other words the advanced recordset dialougue has the Access Query listed
under "VIews" so I selected it and it worked fine. Is this ok to do? I have
found nothing about this online.
