Access to e-mail addresses

Outlook 2002

Every time I try to send and email I get this pop up
screen

A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have
stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?

How can I disable this?

Did you recently install Office XP SP3? Security in SP3 has been updated to
more closely match the security in Outlook 2003. You may be able to get
around the problem by either disabling Word as your e-mail editor or
updating some of your add-ins, especially virus scanners and spam filters
(many major manufacturers have already released compatible updates). See
