Access to e-mails

Outlook acts like it is posting e-mails to my in-box but
nothing shows up and the error window has a "sending and
receiving reported error (OX8004013)
Unknown error 0x8004013.

Other than this Outlook seems to be operating properly.

I've seen that before with my account, according to my ISP
it was a "bad" e-mail hanging it up. I was able to login
to my webmail and clear out the e-mail and that took care
of it.
