accessing excel files via internet

Is it possible to set up my excel workbook so that I can
access and use it from remote locations via the internet?
If so I would appreciate any assistance with how to do
this. I will be changing the spreadsheets and will also
have to save the new information from the remote location.
Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Hi Eric

This is possible if your website hosting service is running frontpage
extensions on there server.
