accessing URL instead of c: drive

I've made a website with Frontpage at
www.pyechamberlayne.com.

When I go to work on it I used to be able to go to the
index page on my c: drive and make tabs for subsidiary
pages to work on by doing ctrl-click on the hyperlinks.

Now when I do that, rather than just get the linked-to
page from my c: drive, Frontpage goes to download the
linked-to page from the Web at my URL.

I CAN work that way but it's a hassle. A real pain.

What I want to do is to navigate with ctrl-clicks like I
used to.

Now I know there are other ways to navigate: like use
the "Navigate" function on the left side of the Frontpage
screen. Duh!!

But that's just not as easy as getting around for my
editing with ctrl-click.

Any thoughts?
